Mukaddimah
Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. Alhamdulillah wash-shalatu was-salamu ‘ala rasulillah wa ‘ala alihi wa ash-habi wa man waalah. Senantiasa, kesyukuran kita yang dalam atas segala karunia yang diberikan ke Hadirat Ilahi Allah SWT. Kepada kita, terutama nikmat iman, islam dan sehat wal afiat. Lantungan shalawat beriring salam dan keberkahan senantiasa kita sanjungkan kepada uswah wal qudwah, habibana wa mawlana Muhammad SAW.
Sejatinya, kehidupan dunia ini adalah kesempatan untuk menanam dan menabur amal kebajikan. Kehidupan ini pun ujian belaka, untuk mengetahui siapa yang mampu mengisinya dengan ama-amal terbaik untuk di bawa pulang ke kampung akhirat. Tulisan sederhana ini pun hanya penyemangat diri sendiri dan siapa saja yang membacanya, dengan harapan dapat menambah berat timbangan kebaikan nanti di Hari Pembalasan aamiin.
Lima Keistimewaan
Sungguh, ibadah yang sangat berat dan konsisten (mudawamah) menunaikannya, tapi memiliki keistimewaan luar biasa adalah shalat malam (tahjjud). Shalat sunnah yang dilakukan seusai shalat isya disebut qiyamullail (shalat malam) yang kedudukannya sangat tinggi setelah shalat fardhu lima waktu. Sebagian ulama membedakan antara qiyamullail dan tahajjud, namun ada pula yang menyamakannya. Jika qiyamullail dikerjakan sebelum tidur seperti shalat taraweh di Bulan Ramadhan, sedangkan tahajjud setelah tidur walaupun sejenak.
Suatu ketika, Malaikat Jibril mendatangi Baginda Nabi Muhammad SAW. dan berkata, “Yaa Muhammad, ‘isy maa syi`ta fainnaka mayyitun, wa ‘mal maa syi`ta fainnaka majzii bihi, wahbib man syi`ta fainnaka mufaariqahu, wa’lam anna syarafa mu`mini qiyaamullaili, wa ‘izzuhu istighnaauhu ‘anin naas”. (Wahai Muhammad, hiduplah sesukamu namun engkau akan mati, berbuatlah sesukamu namun engkau akan dapat ganjarannya, cintailah siapa yang engkau suka, namun engkau akan berpisah dengannya. Ketahuilah, sungguh kemuliaan seorang mukmin itu karena shalat malam dan kehormatannya ketika ia tidak bergantung pada manusia” (HR. Ath-Thabrani).
Allah SWT. pun menegaskan bahwa ganjaran besar bagi orang-orang yang konsisten menunaikan shalat malam yakni tempat yang terpuji. “Pada sebagian malam lakukanlah salat tahajjud sebagai (suatu ibadah) tambahan bagimu, mudah-mudahan Tuhanmu mengangkatmu ke tempat yang terpuji” (QS. Al-Isra`[17]: 79).
Prof. Buya Hamka dalam Tafsir Al-Azhar (hal. 4102) menjelaskan, “Itulah yang dinamai sembahnyang tahajjud. Tahajjud artinya ialah bangun dari tidur, lalu dijadikan nama dari sembahyang malam. Abdullah Bin Umar menjelaskan bahwa sembayang tahajjud itu ialah tidur dahulu, baru bangun, ambil whudu’ dan sembahyang. Naafilatan laka, kita artikan tambahan untukmu. Ulama-ulama mengartikan nafilah disini sebagai kewajiban tambahan yang khas buat Nabi SAW. Artinya, selain dari yang lima waktu bagi beliau sendiri bertambah satu kewajiban lagi yaitu sembayang tahajjud. Apakah yang dikatakan tempat yang terpuji atau maqam yang mahmud? Karena memberi syafaat kepada manusia di hari kiamat kelak”.
Guru Kehidupan kita, Prof. Dr. KH. Didin Hafidhuddin mengupas Hadits dalam kitab Al-Matjarur Raabih Fii Tsawaabi al- ‘Amali al-Shalih karya Imam Al-Hafidz Syarafuddin Abdul Mu`min, yang diriwayatkan oleh Imam At-Turmudzi bahwa Nabi SAW. menyuruh umatnya menunaikan qiyamullail, sebab memiliki empat keistimewaan. Pada riwayat Al-Hakim dan Ibnu Huzaimah disebut satu lagi, sehingga ada lima keistimewaannya, yakni:
Pertama, da`bu ash-shalihiina qablakum (kebiasaan orang-orang shaleh sebelum kamu). Semua para nabi dan rasul dan orang-orang saleh sepanjnag zaman tidak ada yang luput dari shalat malam sebagai kebiasaan dan menjadi kenikmatan. Sebab, ia menjadi indikator kekuatan iman dan tekad dalam mendaki jalan-jalan perjuangan. Siapa saja yang menempuh jalan mendaki, maka ia akan menjadikannya momentum dan proses penguatan jiwa dalam menghadapi tantangan dan ujian. Pada saat sujud di keheningan malam itulah, bisikan dan keluhan di bumi terdenganr jelas dan menggetarkan Arsy, sehingga Allah SWT. menjawab dan memuliakan mereka dalam kehidupannya (QS. As-Sajadah[32]: 16).
Kedua, wa maqrabtun ilaa rabbikum (mendekatkan diri kepada tuhan kalian). Pada hakikatnya, setiap ibadah yang diperintahkan Allah SWT. dan Rasulullah SAW. adalah wasilah untuk taqarrub ila Allah (mendekatkan diri kepada Allah SWT.). Namun, diantara beragam ibadah tersebut, shalat malam menjadi yang paling utama. Sebab, tingkat ketulusan dan kesungguhan orang yang menjalankan melebihi amal ibadah lainnya. Jika menunaikan ibadah di siang hari, peluarg riya` dan sum’ah sangat besar, karena dikelilingi oleh manusia. Namun, sujud di penghujung malam ketikan manusia sedang tidur pulas, bukan karena mengharap apa pun dari manusia, selain ridha Allah SWT. semata.
Ketiga, wa makfaratul lis-sayyiaat (menghapuskan keburukan). Setiap amal kebajikan baik berupa amal sosial maupun ritual dapat menghapuskan dosa-dosa kecil yang disengaja ataupun tidak. Sementara, dosa-dosa sosial tidak bisa dihapuskan dengan amal ritual apapun, sebab hak manusia harus dilunasi lebih dahulu sebagai syarat turun ampunan Ilahi. Konsisten dalam menjalankan shalat malam adalah jalan turunnya ampunan dari Allah SWT.. Setiap manusia tidak mungkin luput dari salah dan lupa dalam mengabdi atau menjalankan perintah Ilahi. Melalui shalat malam, segala dosa tersebut akan ditutupi dan diampuni sebagai ganjaran atas kesungguhan dalam menunainya (HR. Ahmad).
Keempat, wa mathradatul liddaa`i ‘anil jasadi (menghilangkan penyakit dari badan). Secara medis sudah terbukti bahwa tidur yang baik sebelum pukul 11 malam dan bangun setelah tengah malam sekitar pukul 2 atau 3 dini hari membuat badan sehat dan kuat. Nabi SAW. selalu tidur lebih cepat dan bangun pun lebih awal. Mandi sebelum shubuh pun menyehatkan badan, lalu dilanjutkan dengan shalat 8 rakaat dan 3 witir (11) atau setidaknya dua rakaat dan 1 witir. Pola tidur yang teratur dan mandi sebelum shubuh terbukti secara medis menyehatkan. Oleh karena itulah, Nabi SAW. sehat dan bugar dan jarang sekali sakit, kecuali menjelang kewafatannya.
Kelima, wa manhaatun ‘anil itsmi (mencegah dari perbuatan dosa). Pada hakikatnya, ibadah shalat akan mencegah dari perbuatan keji dan munkar (QS. Al-Ankabut [29]: 45). Apalagi, shalat malam yang mengandung sentuhan psikologis lebih besar dan membekas dibandingkan dengan shalat fardhu di tengah keramaian. Oleh karenanya, ketika seorang mukmin mampu menjaga shalat malam, maka daya tahan dan daya tolak terhadap keburukan akan lebih kuat. Sekiranya, ia tak kuasa mengendalikan diri, maka akan lebih cepat menyadarinya. Bukan berarti orang yang istiqomah shalat malam tidak akan melakukan dosa atau salah, akan tetapi bentengnya jauh lebih kokoh dan cepat sadar diri.
Khatimah
Akhirnya, shalat malam adalah ibadah orang-orang pilihan sepanjang masa. Mereka selalu dihadang ujian atau tangan berat, namun tetap kokoh pendirian, tegar dan melangkah menatap masa depan yang penuh tangan dengan penuh keyakninan. Allah SWT. senantiasa bersama hamba-hamba yang selalu munajat di keheningan malam, dan memantabkan kedudukan mereka di muka bumi.

“Wahai Muhammad, hiduplah sesukamu namun engkau akan mati, berbuatlah sesukamu namun engkau akan dapat ganjarannya, cintailah siapa yang engkau suka, namun engkau akan berpisah dengannya. Ketahuilah, sungguh kemuliaan seorang mukmin itu karena shalat malam dan kehormatannya ketika ia tidak bergantung pada manusia” (HR. Ath-Thabrani).
Pengembangan: Wakaf Asrama Santri
Alhamdulillah, satu kamar Asrama Putra Pesantren Dinamika Umat sudah selesai dan ditempati santri. Sementara untuk kamar kedua akan dilanjutkan setelah terkumpul wakaf dari para muhsinin. Ruangan kamar yang lama pun mulai dibongkar karena menghalangi pembangunan asrama yang baru. Namun, tidak akan dibongkar habis, sebab bisa digunakan untuk aula kecil yang terbuka untuk ruang makan dan belajar santri. Setelah itu, akan lanjut ke lantai dua yang akan digunakan ruang kelas SMA IT. Nabi Muhammad SAW. bersabda, “Apabila meninggal anak adam maka terputuslah amalnya kecuali tiga perkara, sedekah jariyah (wakaf), ilmu yang manfaat dan doa anak saleh” (HR. Muslim).
Kami ajak orang tua murid dan muhsinin berwakaf melalui Rekening Yayasan atau QRIS yang tertera di lembar akhir Buletin ini. Semoga menjadi amal jariyah yang mengalir abadi sampai ke surga aamiin.
Berbagi: Beasiswa Santri Dhuafa
Alhamdulillah, walau belum maksimal dalam penghimpinan dana zakat, infak dan sedekah, namun para muhsinin tetap menyalurkan donasi kebajikannya setiap bulan. Kolaborasi dengan LAZ Nasional Maslahat BSI untuk meningkatkan pengumpulan dana ZIS sudah dilakukan. Berkas yang diperlukan sudah diserahkan dan tinggal menunggu waktu penandatanganan kerja sama. Kolaborasi ini maksudkan untuk meluaskan jaringan dan meningkatkan manfaat yang diperoleh LAZ Dinamika Umat untuk dana Beasiswa Yatim dan Dhuafa. Sebanyak 70 % santri adalah yatim dan dhuafa yang selama ini dibina oleh Yayasan dengan dukungan semua pegawai, orang tua murid dan donatur. Sementara orang tua atau keluarga santri pun tetap menanggung sebagian biaya hidup di pondok.
Saat ini, santri yang tinggal di asrama sebanyak 38 orang (beasiswa 33 orang, dan regular 5 orang). Bagi muhsinin yang hendak berinfak dana, beras dan lauk dapat transfer ke rekening Yayasan yang tertera di akhir buletin ini. Terima kasih kepada orang tua didik yang konsisten di jalan kebaikan ini. Laporan dana ZIS terlampir di lembar akhir. Semoga rezeki semakin bertambah berkah dan melimpah ruah aamiin.
